Free Cream Puffs For Vaccination At State Fair: Governor
People can receive a a free cream puff voucher in exchange for getting vaccinated at a State Fair pop-up clinic.

ACROSS WISCONSIN — State Fair will hand out free cream puffs in exchange for getting vaccinated at a pop-up clinic located inside fair grounds, according to a news release from Governor Tony Evers.
For the entire length of the classic Wisconsin celebration there will be a clinic administering COVID-19 vaccines. Fair patrons are welcome to get vaccinated at the booth. In exchange, they will receive a voucher for a free cream puff, which can be redeemed at the Cream Puff Pavilion, according to the news release.

The pop-up clinic is a collaboration between the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Governor Evers. AMI Expeditionary Healthcare will deliver the vaccines from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. every day of the fair. Vaccines are free, but admission to State Fair is required, according to the news release.
Walk-ins are welcome for anyone 12 or older. The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available, according to the news release.

The freebie offer comes as the delta variant of coronavirus starts to spread across much of Wisconsin and the U.S. Many counties in Wisconsin are at high or substantial risk of community spread.
