“We’re closing the loop for our food and beverage clients by offering process engineering services,” said Paul Benedict, CEO and president of McMahon. “Our team now has the capability to execute an entire project from conception through startup.”
The process engineering services will be led by Jim Talbert, a senior process design engineer who has more than 15 years of food and beverage processing experience.“Jim's process design experience is helping to fill a missing piece in our service offerings,” explained Tom Kocken, executive vice president and leader of McMahon’s industrial service group. “Jim will be a valued process design teammate and I am excited to witness his impact on the projects that we design for the dairy, meat, and food manufacturing clients that McMahon serves.”
