Spherion Wisconsin & Northern Illinois, in partnership with leading manufacturer Metalcraft of Mayville, is hosting a hiring event at the Metalcraft facility in Beaver Dam, WI, on Thursday, July 16th, 2026.

Available positions include assemblers, welders, painters, machine operators, material handlers, laser operators, brake press operators, production helpers, and other manufacturing roles. Immediate hiring needs are focused on assemblers and welders in Beaver Dam, though opportunities exist across multiple Metalcraft locations and skill levels, from entry-level production positions to production leadership careers. Hourly pay ranges start at approximately $17 to $28 per hour depending on the position and experience level.

This onsite event will give job seekers an opportunity to learn more about Metalcraft, meet with recruiters, and explore available opportunities.
