Brookfield Square Sears Store To Close
The Brookfield Square Sears store is set to close. Here is when they plan to hold liquidation sales:

BROOKFIELD, WI — The Brookfield Square Sears store will close in 2018, the company has announced. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, the news of the Brookfield Square Sears store's demise "is no surprise." The Business Journal stated that the retailer had been reducing the store's footprint in recent years.
Liquidation sales will begin as early as Jan. 12.
In May 2017, Sears closed the Brookfield Square Auto Center - one of 50 such closings across the U.S.

In December, Brookfield Square Mall announced it is getting new life, as the old Sears store will be demolished in favor of a new Marcus Theatres BistroPlex, a Whirlyball restaurant and a new, smaller Sears, according to mall officials.
According to a BizTimes report, Chattanooga-based CBL & Associates Properties submitted redevelopment plans to the city of Brookfield for approximately 20 of the 29 acres of the Sears parcel.
