Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) Hosts 19th Annual Ladies Night

Sponsored by Craig Husar Designs and held on Wednesday, November 30, at the Milwaukee Improv at the Corners of Brookfield.

The Elmbrook Education Foundation's 19th Annual Ladies Night, presented by Craig Husar Designs, was held on Wednesday, November 30, at the Milwaukee Improv at the Corners of Brookfield. Over 250 attendees were greeted with sparkling wine served by Elmbrook Superintendent Dr. Mark Hansen and our presenting sponsor, Craig Husar.

“We are so grateful for the generosity of the community, sponsors, donors, vendors, entertainers and attendees for their participation in this year's Ladies Night. On behalf of the EEF and the Ladies Night Committee, we sincerely appreciate the support and are humbled by how the community comes together to fundraise for the students of Elmbrook! We are already looking forward to next year!”, said Kelly Ebbole, Ladies Night chair.

Attendees had the opportunity to bid on over 140 incredible silent auction items, shop from a variety of vendors who will give back 20% to the EEF, enjoy dancers and musicians from our Elmbrook community, and participate in raffles throughout the night. The evening was capped off with an after-party at Craig Husar Designs.

This year, funds raised will go towards Elmbrook's Shared Theater and Fine Arts Production Equipment initiative. The Elmbrook Education Foundation super-grant will provide funds to acquire wireless microphones, sound boards, and mobile lighting equipment that will be shared amongst all of our schools and used for musicals, plays, concerts, and school events.

The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Brookfield High School graduates. In 1999, the Foundation's mission expanded to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students. The EEF raises money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. To date, the EEF has awarded over $1,500,000 in scholarships and over $500,000 in grants which enhance and extend the established curriculum and support projects that are beyond the district’s budget.
