Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) Thank You Thursday Initiative
Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) Thank You Thursday Initiative Wraps Up with Pizza from Grimaldi's Pizzeria.

The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) Thank You Thursday, in partnership with The Corners of Brookfield, ended in a haze of pizza dough flour as Grimaldi’s Pizzeria provided pizzas and salads to over 1,300 staff and educators of the School District of Elmbrook. This was a tasty way to say thank you for their dedication to our students.
“This partnership has definitely been the highlight of our year thus far! It was great to see the hard work of Grimaldi’s, the Thank You Thursday committee and The Corners come together!” Chelsea Roessler, Director of Marketing.
The Thank You Thursday initiative asks the Elmbrook community to thank a staff member or educator who has made a difference in the lives of their children and family. This year, the EEF received 822 nominations. Each week for six weeks, ten winners were randomly drawn from those nominated to win a $25 gift card to The Corners of Brookfield. Winners can be found on our social media sites. In early March, Amanda Patino, Wisconsin Hills Middle School, was our TYT Spotlight Winner with the most nominations. She received a $250 gift card to The Corners of Brookfield.

“We are so fortunate to have a partnership with The Corners of Brookfield and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria who truly value what our educators and school staff do every day. A very special thank you to The Corners of Brookfield and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria!” Beth Dobrzynski, Elmbrook Education Foundation, Executive Director.
The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Brookfield High School graduates. In 1999, the Foundation's mission expanded to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students. The EEF raises money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. To date, the EEF has awarded over $1,400,000 in scholarships and over $500,000 in grants which enhanced and extended the established curriculum and supported projects that are beyond the district’s budget.
