Former Ace of Spray Rebrands as Pentagon Property Services

New Berlin, Wis. – Ace of Spray, Wisconsin’s leader in professional power washing, graffiti removal and parking lot striping, has rebranded as Pentagon Property Services, and added new services in response to customer demands.

The changes reinforce Pentagon Property Services’ capabilities as a one-stop property and building maintenance firm, serving businesses and commercial customers throughout Wisconsin. Opened in 2009 as Ace of Spray, its professionals have long specialized in power washing for sidewalk cleaning (gum removal), parking garage cleaning, graffiti removal and façade cleaning.

Pentagon Property Services has added two services to its maintenance offerings: interior and exterior window cleaning, including for multi-story and high-rise buildings, and interior and exterior commercial painting for buildings up to two stories.

The company also provides parking lot striping, residential deck staining and cleaning, and post-event cleanups for festivals. All services are available 365 days a year, on a 24/7 basis.

Formerly in Menomonee Falls, Pentagon Property Services has relocated to 16150 W. Lincoln Ave., New Berlin.
