Hundreds of BMO Harris Employees Create Community-wide Impact
Executives and Milwaukee-area employees support Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin and other local charities
WHAT: As part of the sixth annual North American BMO Volunteer Day, BMO Harris employees will be rolling up their sleeves and lending a helping hand throughout Milwaukee communities by assembling New Parent Kits, helping with art projects, installing siding on a 2-story home, sorting food, and painting among other activities.

- BMO volunteers will be working with children at the Boys & Girls Club in Sherman Park, helping them create flags to celebrate Flag Day. Once the flags are created, Bango from the Milwaukee Bucks will lead a parade of approximately 100 flag-waving children as they walk through Sherman Park, a neighborhood in which BMO recently made a major reinvestment announcement. The parade kicks off at 2:00 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club at 3000 N. Sherman Blvd.
2) United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

- In support of healthy birth outcomes, BMO employees will be assembling and restocking a supply of New Parent Kits ensuring babies have supplies for a safe and successful first year. These kits will be distributed among agency program partners receiving funding through the United Way’s Healthy Birth Outcomes Initiative, an initiative proudly supported by BMO Harris Bank.
