Local Ameriprise Financial Office Hosts Sept. 27 Seminar on Planning for Senior Housing

Brookfield, Wis. – The local branch office of Ameriprise Financial will host a seminar on the costs and additional considerations in choosing housing for older adults Sept. 27, 2016, from 5 to 7 p.m.

The seminar, “Aging and its Financial Implications: Planning for Housing,” will detail the steps for seniors and their loved ones to thoroughly examine and select an appropriate housing option. Attendees can learn how to maintain control and dignity as they age, avoid having a financial plan disrupted by housing costs, stay engaged in the decision-making process, and open the door for meaningful conversations with family and other involved parties.

The event will include guest speaker Anthony Vollmer, Regional Director at Legg Mason.
