Meet Curt Campbell, "Shark Tank" Entrepreneur, at Saturday Anniversary Event at The Oilerie Brookfield

Founder of The Oilerie will share food and experiences with customers

Brookfield, Wis. – Curt Campbell, founder of The Oilerie and a Season 6 entrepreneur on ABC-TV’s “Shark Tank,” will visit The Oilerie Brookfield Saturday to celebrate the store’s seven-year anniversary.

Campbell, who pitched his growing Oilerie franchise company to the financial “sharks” in October 2014, will meet and greet customers from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Oilerie Brookfield, 17125C W. Bluemound Road (CVS Plaza). He will bring a 20-pound wheel of parmesan cheese to sample with the franchise’s famous Oilerie Aged Balsamic, a deep, complex vinegar that livens up salads, marinades and even desserts.

Besides Campbell’s personal appearance to thank customers, The Oilerie Brookfield will have gifts for all Saturday, and the chance to win a grand prize drawing. Food samples will be served from the 2015 supplement of “A Taste of The Oilerie Brookfield,” a popular locally-based cookbook of recipes and food preparation ideas first published in 2013. The book offers an unprecedented menu of ideas for cooking and baking, all using extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) and aged balsamic vinegars.
