MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Neil and Linda Traverse, owners of the local Fish Window Cleaning, received the Navigator Award at the annual Fish Window Cleaning Convention in St. Louis, Mo. on July 30. They received the Navigator Award for their work with prospective franchisees.
