Toomas Mitt and TBG Networks change direction of company; introduces POM services

TBG Networks LLC has done a turnaround in the managed services industry. Toomas Mitt, owner of TBG, has turned the company direction to the smaller computer user, and is promising Peace of Mind (POM) services; the same service using the same tools the managed services companies use to support the big companies. This also includes the same level of help desk services

Mitt sold the TBG client list and assets to Jannsen & Co. in 2012 and turned to designing and making custom wood furniture for a few years. But the lure of IT was too much, and he returned to the business earlier this year. This time, however, his focus is no longer on managed services for large clients. While TBG did very well in managed services for big clients, Mitt felt the “little guy” was totally underserved.

Mitt said, “I had a ‘Eureka!’ moment when I realized that if you are a user at a company, no matter what size you are, you need the same kind of support as the big clients. If your computer is giving you trouble, it doesn’t matter to you that you are one user in a thousand or one user in, well, one. You need the same help. One computer, one user, one problem.”
