Puente allegedly sold oxycontin to an undercover Oak Creek police officer, so a search warrant was executed Friday on his home in the 9300 block of Caddy Lane. Inside the home officers found 44 Oxycodone pills and two bags of marijuana containing a total of 42 grams of the drug.

Officers also found a rifle under a bed in the home along with ammunition.
