Donors this month and next can receive small thank-you gifts, from Hello Kitty clips to e-gift cards and pickleball swag. • UW-Platteville instructors exchange ideas at 2026 Faculty College retreat (uwplatt.edu) — Faculty from across the Universities of Wisconsin spent four days this May at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, sharing new ideas on teaching and student success. The retreat focused on building healthier, more inclusive learning environments and featured nationally known facilitators. UW-Platteville instructors joined colleagues from all 13 campuses to collaborate on classroom strategies.

• 2026 Season 4 Initial Release Notes [2026.09.09.01] (iracing.com) — Racing fans in Elkhart Lake will appreciate that iRacing's latest Season 4 update includes a fully rescanned and rebuilt Road America, described as just outside the village. The virtual track now features four configurations and modernized visuals, alongside major physics, UI, and car updates. Local sim racers can experience a more realistic version of their hometown circuit.
