• New details in case of 99-year-old woman attacked in July 911 call (jsonline.com) — A 99-year-old Elm Grove woman was left to fight off an attacker alone for more than three hours after Milwaukee's 911 center allegedly mishandled two emergency calls about her July 27 assault. Her attorney, speaking in Elm Grove, shared injury photos, played 911 audio, and argued that systemic failures in the emergency response system put local seniors and other vulnerable residents at serious risk.
