Actress Jennifer Machna Presents "Christmas at "Balmoral Castle"

Free performance at 1:30 p.m., May 20, in the Glendale Senior Citizens' Clubroom, 2600 W. Mill Road

Local actress Jennifer Machna will portray Margaret Cummins, head of house during the reign of Queen Victoria, as she prepares for Christmas at Balmoral Castle in England and awaits the arrival of the couple and their nine children. The free performance will be in the Glendale Senior Citizens’ Clubroom on the lower level of Glen Hills Middle School, 2600 W. Mill Road, Glendale. Learn the traditions and history of celebrating Christmas during this phase of the Victorian era. Refreshments follow. Nonmembers are always welcome at club events. C
