Community Volunteer Opportunities

Give back and make a difference in your community. The Volunteer Center of Ozaukee County matches everyone to their perfect volunteer experience. Every week we highlight 5 volunteer opportunities:

· Hospice Companions - Bring the comforts of home to hospice patients – Horizon Home Care & Hospice

· Recreational Support – Assist people with disabilities with various recreational activities – Portal, Inc.

· Ambassadors – Greet patients & visitors; provide directions around the hospital – Aurora Health Care

· Volunteer Database – Assist during times of emergency – Ozaukee County Emergency Management

· Nurture Nature – Help with trail maintenance, invasive species removal, etc. – Mequon Nature Preserve
