Nicolet Combined Music Concert

Join us for this event-which always proves to be one of the
highlights of the year for Nicolet’s Music Department!

Doors will open at 7:00 with a pre-concert presentation of
Michael Buble Standards by the Big Band in the Fine Arts Center Gallery.

The concert will be performed in the auditorium, beginning
at 7:30 with the Concert Band Drum Ensemble followed by Nicolet Vocal Jazz.  Next, the Sinfonia, Philharmonia, and Chamber Orchestra members will play selections by Italian and German composers.

The evening will culminate with the full Nicolet High School
Symphony Orchestra and Chorus performing the magnificent Calling All Dawns by contemporary composer Christopher Tin. This piece is a song-cycle of twelve
songs, spanning 5 continents, each in a different musical style, from a different culture and in a different language.

The event is a fundraiser for the Music Department. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors,
and will be available at the door.
