See Amy Adams in her Golden Globe award-winning performance as the wife of the artist who claimed credit for paintings of big-eyed children.

The film “Big Eyes” will be shown in the Glendale Senior Citizen’s Clubroom on the lower level of Glen Hills Middle School, 2600 W. Mill Road, at 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 28. Admission is free. The movie tells the story of Walter Keane (Christoph Waltz) and his wife Margaret (Amy Adams) and the best-selling paintings of big-eyed children that were so popular in the 1950s and 1960s. Walter was the artist, but his wife claimed later that his only contribution to the art was his signature. The Keanes’ legal battle leads to a jaw-dropping court showdown proving who the real artist is. Adams received a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy-Musical. Call (414) 540-2100 with question
