Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering "The Artist’s Way"

A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity

Are there dreams or creative projects you have always thought about doing but never had the time? Are you in a career or life transition and looking to express yourself more effectively? If so, join me in this transformational workshop based on Julia Cameron’s best-selling book - The Artist’s Way. This book is for anyone looking to live more creatively whether or not you call yourself an artist. Through the exercises in the book, along with daily and weekly practices, group support and my facilitation you will be guided to reclaim your passions and authentic expression as you learn to overcome procrastination, perfectionism and self-sabotage. The results of the work you will do are powerful and life changing if you stick with the process and challenge your resistance.
