The ancient Indian doctors declared that the cow was sacred because it gives us milk. From the milk, the Indians make ghee, yogurt, buttermilk, and paneer (Indian cheese). In this demo/hands-on class, we will make ghee and paneer. From there, we will use these ingredients to cook some tasty Indian dishes.
