Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering "Mixed Media Mosaic Workshop"

Come explore the art of picassiette by combining vintage plates with other delightful objects such as glass gems, buttons and glass tiles. We will learn how to use tile nippers to create a unique work of art to beautify your home. Possible projects may include the following: frames, flower pots, wooden or ceramic trays, tiles, and platters. Students are welcome to bring their own substrate with prior approval from instructor. The instructor will be in touch with students before the workshop to choose a project. Projects are for indoor use.

The registration deadline for this class is Monday, June 4th.

The fee includes plates, embellishments, substrates, adhesive, grout and use of tools. Students are asked to bring additional plates.
