Give one of the most popular sports in the world a try! Rugby combines elements of football and soccer into a unique game that is easy to learn and requires no prior knowledge to play. Practices will focus on basic skills and incorporating them into drills and games. Learn from the 4-time state champions who are looking to introduce the the game to young athletes. Participants should wear cleats or running shoes, and bring a water bottle.
