Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering "Traditional Korean Pancakes For Lunar New Year"
Let's celebrate Lunar New Year with popular Korean traditional pancake dishes.
In this class, we will celebrate Lunar New Year and create a festive Korean table with Bindaettuk: Mung Bean Pancakes (with or without meat), and Pajun: Scallion Pancakes. Participants will also sample the food and enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration. Bring your questions and willingness to try the unique flavors of Korean cuisine.
