• Milwaukee County Parks Proposes Speed Limit for E-Bikes (athleticbusiness.com) — Milwaukee County Parks is proposing a 15 mph speed limit for e-bikes on park paths, a change highlighted with concerns about riders speeding through Franklin and nearby Old Creek. Supervisor Steve Taylor says fast e-bikes and e-motos are creating dangerous situations, and the new rule is meant to improve safety without banning them. Enforcement details are still being worked out.
