• Grafton Lions open community gardens (gmtoday.com) — A new Grafton Lions Community Garden has opened at 2596 Cheyenne Ave., offering residents ten raised beds to rent for growing fresh fruits and vegetables, with more planned as demand grows. Backed by village leaders, local businesses, and Ozaukee Master Gardeners, the project aims to help families feed themselves and others while building community connections. • Polston part of three sectional wins for USM girls track team (gmtoday.com) — Grafton High School’s boys and girls track teams turned in strong performances at the WIAA Division 2 sectional in Kewaskum, qualifying multiple Black Hawks for the state meet in La Crosse this weekend. While University School’s Ainsley Polston headlined with three wins, Grafton relay teams and several individual runners and throwers also punched their tickets to state.
