About the Role
As a School Crossing Guard, you'll play an important role in Keeping Kids Safe by helping students safely cross streets on their way to and from school. This position is ideal for retirees, stay-at-home parents, and anyone looking for meaningful part-time work in their community.
What You'll Do
✅ Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings
✅ Monitor traffic and promote safe crossing practices
✅ Stay alert and focused on student safety
✅ Interact positively with students, parents, and school staff
Qualifications
✔ Must be at least 21 years old
✔ Reliable and committed to safety
✔ Comfortable standing outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Strong communication and observation skills
✔ Green Bay residents preferred due to short response times to assigned locations
