Nutcracker Scenery Has Strong University Of Wisconsin - Green Bay Connections

The recently announced Nutcracker Ballet, which will perform at the Weidner Center, Nov. 26-27, has strong UW-Green Bay connections. Professor Emeritus Jeff Entwistle (Theatre and Dance) designed the scenery and the lighting and the props were designed by Jeff Entwistle and Tim Josephs…also a 1970’s graduate of UWGB.

The scenery was painted in the summers of 2005 and 2006 Jeff, his wife Donna and Taylor Entwistle along with several UW-Green Bay students (Josh Wintersteen, Tiffaney Dantinne and Jennifer Johnston, among them).

For the first 15 years the running crew of six technicians was also comprised of all UW-Green Bay students.
