Jennifer Twombly is Senior Director, Human Resources for Menasha Packaging Company, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Menasha Corporation based in Neenah, Wisconsin. Since joining Menasha in 2008, Jennifer has served in progressive roles in the HR, sales and business development functions leading up to her current role guiding people strategies across Menasha’s North American businesses. She’s passionate about bringing a service-mindset and progressive thought leadership to the HR discipline, deriving solutions that deliver strategic business impact and developing HR business partner skillsets to support the demands of today’s workplace. Most recently, Jennifer’s played an integral role in shaping Menasha’s equity, inclusion and diversity inclusion culture initiatives. A certified Senior Human Resource Professional, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Colorado Mesa University and is currently a candidate for the Executive Impact Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, which will commence in May 2022. Prior to joining Menasha, she was with International Paper Company and Packaging Dynamics/Thilmany, LLC.
