Sidney McClain, 2018 UW-Green Bay alumnus who teaches at Monroe Elementary School in Minnesota received $50,000 toward education debt from the LeBron James Family Foundation. McClain studied Communication and played for the Green Bay men’s soccer team. According to the Facebook post, the LeBron James Family Foundation and Empowering Equity with Box Tops for Education Program surprised Sidney and one of his peers.
