Assistant Prof. Todd M. Hillhouse (Psychology) and students published an article in the Journal of American College Health that found vaping low doses of nicotine (3 mg/ml or 0.3%) have similar addictive properties as high dose nicotine (18-30 mg/ml or 1.8-3%).
