GREEN BAY – Jared Swanson wasn’t asked for his recommendation on the next athletic director at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. But the Phoenix men’s assistant basketball coach would have had no problem endorsing Josh Moon, the Wisconsin native who was introduced Monday as the 10th AD in UWGB history. Moon spent the past nine years in that position at Northern State University, an NCAA Division II school in South Dakota.
