Dale Creek Pedestrian Bridge Getting Replacement Next Week

Contractors will begin replacing the Dale Creek pedestrian bridge on Greendale's trail system Monday.

GREENDALE, WI — Frequent trail users of Greendale take note: the Dale Creek pedestrian bridge will be replaced next week.

The construction project, which will cost the Village about $100,000, starts Monday. The bridge connects Daffodil Park to Greendale's downtown shops, the village said on its website.

For one or two weeks the bridge will be removed and replaced by contractors. During this time the trail will be impassable. The bridge is part of Greendale's dense network of trails.
