It is envisioned that the pavilion would be approximately 33 feet by 60 feet (minimum), have a covered roof, cement slab, and contain the following:

6. Small work room to be used for cash counting during special events or other uses as determined by the Village

The pavilion could provide publicly accessible ADA restrooms that can be utilized by the general public visiting downtown Greendale and also used for special events on Broad Street or at Gazebo Park.

The pavilion can be rented by the park and recreation department for picnics,
family gatherings, or to enhance rentals of the gazebo, weddings etc.

The Pavilion would be used by the Greendale Lions for the Family 4th of July and Village Day's events.

The Pavilion could be made available to Greendale non-profit organizations to use as fund-raising opportunities during concerts at the Gazebo or other downtown events.

The Greendale Village Board at their last board meeting on May 17, 2017 in a unanimous vote committed to working with Milwaukee County to obtain permission to build the pavilion at Gazebo Park.
