WISCONSIN -- Watching the 2016 Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade from the comfort of your own home means you won't have to brave the elements and the crowds.

This year, Macy’s is doing something new as they are partnering with NBCUniversal and Verizon to add 360-degree cameras along the route of the parade. The new innovation means you can watch the parade from a variety of angles simply by the click of a mouse.

• You can also watch a live webcam from Columbus Circle as the parade goes by.

This year, the Greendale Marching Band will be performing in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. Here's hoping you can catch a glimpse of them!

According to a report online by The Verge, Macy’s is also posting 360-degree videos of behind-the-scenes studio tours where you can check out how they set up the floats, balloons, and put the whole show together. It’s not as cool as seeing the balloons being blown up in real life, but it beats waiting in the cold.
