84South Development Secures New Tenant

Grocery store will fill one of development's largest storefronts.

GREENFIELD — Big news for the massive 84South development project in Greenfield, which has just secured a grocery store tenant for one of its large retail storefronts.

According to a report by the Milwaukee Business Journal, Fresh Thyme is among the 10 retailers that are confirmed to occupy spaces in the two retail buildings. Announcements of other tenants are expected soon.

The Business Journal reported in March that Fresh Thyme pulled out of a Mandel Group development of 103 apartments, a 44-bed Azura Memory Care facility and potential grocery store in the Fox Point area.
