• Report on Greenfield police chief details 'harassing work environment' (bnd.com) — Greenfield residents now have access to a 722-page investigative report alleging suspended Police Chief Jay Johnson fostered a harassing workplace, misused city resources, and kept alcohol in his office, while Mayor Michael Neitzke moves to fire him. A public Police and Fire Commission hearing will ultimately decide Johnson's job, even as he faces separate criminal charges and strongly disputes many of the findings.
   

• Former GTCC Employee Sentenced for Child Enticement, Sexual Assault (waow.com) — A former Greenfield School District track coach has been sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to child enticement and sexual assault of a student, and will remain on the state sex offender registry for life. Greenfield school officials say he passed background checks and that the case began when a student reported concerns to a trusted staff member, prompting immediate action.
