Here is what Ener-Con Cos. billed the Greenfield Highlands project as originally:

An exclusive, upscale gated community located at 110th and Coldspring Road, Greenfield (West of Hwy 100, between Layton and Armour Avenues, this 180 planned condo development (6 buildings of 30 units each) would have been surrounded by a walking trail, leading to Oak leaf Trail, near Alan Kulwicki Park, Whitnall Park and walkable to area retail establishments. Easy access to I-43 or I-94 make this an ideal location to call home.
