• Peek inside Hartford's real-life time capsule mystery (washingtoncountyinsider.com) — A long-rumored time capsule hidden in Hartford City Hall’s 1930 cornerstone has finally been located and removed after months of detective work by volunteer historian Sally Jensen and local masons. Using concrete scans, cameras, and help from Hartford’s DPW, crews carefully opened the stone to reveal a copper box filled with historical documents and photos capturing Hartford life nearly a century ago.
