• Parking study a possibility for proposed boutique hotel in downtown Hartland (gmtoday.com) — Village officials are weighing a proposed four-story boutique hotel at East Capitol Drive and Cottonwood Avenue in downtown Hartland, including concerns about valet-only parking and a possible parking study. The project, which would replace the former Stop-N-Go and Lorraine’s Legacy site along the Bark River, heads to the Plan Commission Aug. 17 and Village Board Aug. 24.

Former UW golfer Spencer Turtz ultimately claimed the title at West Bend Country Club after rallying from an early deficit.
