
Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley, Inc. celebrated their newly renovated space with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. The renovation of the Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley’s Baldwin offices (located at 857 Main Street) was completed in August and was made possible with the help and grants from members of the St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association and numerous foundations, companies, and individuals. The new space has handicap accessible entries, a remodeled washroom and kitchenette area, new floor coverings, expanded play space, and remodeled office and conference areas. Services of the Family Resource Center are free and available to any family with children from birth to the age of six in Pierce, St. Croix and Polk Counties. Programs include hospital and home visits, screenings, play and learn groups, “Baby and Me” classes, parent education, resource networks, and a teen parent program.
