At 7:30 p.m., the 2011 Pepper Fest Royalty will be introduced. 2012 Pepper Fest Queen candidates will be introduced starting at 7:45 p.m.
The 2012 Royalty Coronation takes place Sunday, Aug. 21, at 3:30 p.m.
