1pm - 4pm: Royalty Spaghetti Eating Contest

Each person in a four-member team will eat a half-pound of spaghetti with a two-minute time limit.

4pm - 5:30pm: Championship Spaghetti Eating Contest

Each person in a five-member team will eat one pound of spaghetti. A cash prize and a T-shirt will be awarded to each winning team member.

6pm - 8pm: Championship Hot Pepper Eating Contest

Each person in a five-member team will eat one pound of hot peppers. A cash prize and a T-shirt will be awarded to each winning team member.
