Hudson Man Dies After County Highway A Crash
Julius Selle, 79, of Hudson has died from injuries sustained in a crash after his vehicle crossed the center line and struck another an oncoming vehicle on Nov. 21.
A 79-year-old Hudson man has died of injuries sustained during a two-vehicle crash on Nov. 21 on County Highway A in the Town of St. Joseph.
The crash happend at about 1:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, when a sedan driven by Julius Selle of Hudson crossed the center line while traveling southbound less than a mile north of County Highway E and struck a pickup truck driven by Debby Hagglund of New Richmond. Selle's sedan then left the highway and struck a tree.
Selle was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, where he died on Saturday, Nov. 26, as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash. Both Hagglund and a passenger in Selle's vehicle were taken to Westfield Hospital in New Richmond. All three people were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.

The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the crash.
