The following items are from the Hudson and North Hudson police departments. In all incidents where an arrest or citation occurred, a charge is merely an accusation, and not evidence of guilt. The arrested or cited person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Incidents are listed in the order in which they were reported, not necessarily the order in which they occurred.

Holly J. McCarty was cited with three citations of failure to maintain electrical equipment to minimize hazards to life and property, failure to maintain rental property smoke detector, foundation not weatherproof or rodentproof, two citations of failure to keep stairway in sound condition and in good repair, allowing plumbing work to be done by an unlicensed plumber, and failure to maintain plumbing systems in safe and sanitary condition. All citations were for a property in the 400 block of Oak Street.
Patrick L. Richardson of Hudson was cited with operating without insurance at 11th Street South and Green Street.
