William L. Ebert of Hudson was cited with operating without proof of insurance in the 21oo block of Coulee Road.
Daniel W. Lawler of Houlton was cited with speeding (59mph in a 35mph zone) and non-registration of auto at O'Keefe Road and Mississippi Street.
