The following items are from the Hudson and North Hudson police departments. In all incidents where an arrest or citation occurred, a charge is merely an accusation, and not evidence of guilt. The arrested or cited person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Incidents are listed in the order in which they were reported, not necessarily the order in which they occurred.

Jan. 22, 2011

James E. Melich of Apple Valley, MN, was cited with theft at a shop in the 1900 block of Coulee Road. Restitution of $53.35 was requested.

Feb. 6, 2011

Lauren J. Anderson of Stillwater, MN, a legally parked vehicle owned by Brittany D. Anderson of Hudson and a legally parked vehicle owned by John R. Bender of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at the harbor parking lot on Second Street.

Feb. 14, 2011

Danielle J. Bradt of Hudson and a 17-year-old Hudson girl were involved in an auto accident at Maxwell Drive and Hanley Road.

Ann M. Truhler of Hudson and a pedestrian named Virginia H. Boman of Oak Park Heights, MN, were involved in an auto accident at Walnut Street and Second Street. Truhler was cited with failure to yield to a pedestrian.

Jennifer A. Larsen of River Falls and James A. Wegener of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at Sixth Street and St. Croix Street. 

Tyler M. Regnier of Plum City was cited with theft at Mills Fleet Farm. He is accused of stealing tools.

Jonathan T. Lundberg of Hudson was cited with operating while revoked at Vine Street and Third Street.

Feb. 16, 2011

A 17-year-old Hudson boy and legally parked vehicle owned by a 17-year-old Hudson boy were involved in an auto accident at Ashbury Court and East Canyon Drive. The driver was cited with inattentive driving.

Jenny K. Jochimsen of Hudson and Patricia A. Johnson of Hudson were involved in an auto accident at Carmichael Road and Center Drive. Jochimsen was cited with failure to yield while making a left turn.

Jennifer S. Boesel of Hudson was cited with non-registration of auto at Carmichael Road and Crest View Drive.

A 17-year-old Hudson girl was cited with disorderly conduct at Hudson High School.

Jeffrey A. Amundson of Hudson was cited with disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Spruce Drive.

Rochelle M. Amundson of Hudson was cited with disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Spruce Drive.

Todd R. Kruger of River Falls was taken into custody on a probation arrest at Community Corrections.

Nicholas J. Myer of New Richmond was taken into custody on a warrant arrest in Stanton Township.

John P. Robinson of Hudson was cited with failure to stop at a stop sign at Crest View Drive and Heggen Street.

Phillip L. Rahm of Hudson was cited with shoplifting at County Market.

Feb. 18, 2011

Pamela J. Lanasa of Ham Lake, MN, and Dawn D. Maurer of Afton, MN, were involved in an auto accident at Crest View Drive and Carmichael Road.

Amanda L. Merriman of River Falls was cited with operating a vehicle without wearing a seat belt at Crest View Drive and Gateway Boulevard.

Coty R. Reinhardt Thoemke of Somerset was cited with underage alcohol consumption at Laurel Avenue and Seventh Street.

Thomas J. Larsen of Hudson was cited with underage alcohol consumption at Laurel Avenue and Seventh Street.

Tyler J. Hole of Hudson was cited with a headlamp equipment violation, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and operating while intoxicated at Laurel Avenue and Seventh Street.

Kevin C. Thornton of Hudson was cited with operating after suspension at Hanley Road and Pinewood Lane.

Torie M. Wittstock of New Richmond was cited with operating after suspension at Coulee Road and Second Street South.

Shaun E. Gary of Hudson was cited with operating after revocation/suspension of registration at O'Keefe Road and Namekagon Street.

Michelle J. Collier of Hudson was cited with operating a vehicle without wearing a seat belt at Crest View Drive and Industrial Street.

Linda R. Barclay Bobo of  Afton, MN, was cited with speeding (39mph in a 25mph zone) at Carmichael Road and Burl Oak Curve.

Christina L. Lein of St. Paul, MN, and Samuel J. Briski of Savannah, GA, were involved in an auto accident at Interstate 94 and State Highway 35.

Jason R. Miller of Hudson was cited with underage alcohol consumption in the 2200 block of Hanley Road.

Ryan J. Stetler of Hudson was cited with underage alcohol consumption in the 2200 block of Hanley Road. He also was issued a notice to appear in municipal court on a charge of improper conduct.

Christopher S. Graham of Hudson was cited with underage alcohol consumption in the 2200 block of Hanley Road.

Mataya F. Kloos of Hudson was cited with underage alcohol consumption in the 2200 block of Hanley Road.

Allysa M. Funes of Hudson was cited with underage alcohol consumption in the 2200 block of Hanley Road.

Zackery J. Larson of Hudson was cited with passing on a hill or curve at Coulee Road and Second Street.

Alison E. Johnson of Hudson was cited with driving a vehicle with windows that are not reasonably clean.

Aaron D. Kreiser of Vadnais Heights, MN, was cited with non-registration of an automobile at Hanley Road and Foxglove Way.

Terance J. Frederick of Woodville was cited with operating while intoxicated at Dominion Drive and Crest View Drive.

Joseph B. Grillo of Exton, PA, was cited with operating after suspension at Coulee Road and 11th Street South.

Jeffrey A. Coleman of Hudson was taken into custody on a warrant arrest at the St. Croix County Jail.

Kevin D. Jennings of Hudson was taken into custody on a probation arrest at the Community Corrections Office.
