According to witness/victim statements, the naked male entered two homes without permission and jumped through a closed window at 1024 St. Croix St. N. breaking the glass and exterior screen.  He then ran westbound on St. Croix St. N. and interacted with several residents who were outside enjoying the warm weather in their yards and gardens.  The naked male entered a vehicle parked on the street facing eastbound, which had been left running with the door standing open as the owner dropped off an item inside his residence.  The owner of the vehicle attempted to stop the suspect from taking his car by standing in front of the vehicle, but the naked male revved the engine and nearly ran him down as he sped eastbound on St. Croix St. N.  The vehicle came to rest in the yard at 322 Oakridge Dr. N. and the suspect was seen fleeing the vehicle and entering the home at 318 Oakridge Dr. N.

Law Enforcement officers from the North Hudson Police Department, Hudson Police Department and St. Croix County Sheriff’s Department set up a perimeter around the residence.  At approximately 4:20 pm the male exited the rear of the residence and was taken into custody without incident.
