• 3 wanted suspects in custody after dual high-speed police pursuits, 1 ending in Lake County with officer injured (lakemchenryscanner.com) — A 22-year-old man from Hudson is among three suspects arrested after two dangerous high-speed police chases that started near Somers and ended on I-94 in Lake County, Illinois. Authorities say the group, wanted on multiple warrants, is tied to burglaries, thefts, and narcotics offenses, and that the Hudson resident allegedly rammed a squad car before fleeing on foot.
