The Postmark Grille was welcomed as a member of the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau with a ribbon cutting on October 2, 2013. Located at 225 Locust Street, The Postmark Grille is one of the newest restaurants in the historic downtown. A full menu of Italian-American food from scratch includes pizzas, pastas, dinners, salads and soups, sandwiches and wraps, seafood, burgers and more. They are now also offering a Sunday brunch buffet.
